Carpet, Rug and Upholstery Cleaning

Carpet: Carpet cleaning, whether residential or commercial, can be accomplished by various methods, including steam cleaning, dry powder, shampoo, bonnet cleaning and chemical-treated saw dust. Each method has its own benefits and drawbacks, but most importantly the good or bad results with any one method falls squarely on the individual technician and not the method of cleaning.

Our technicians are all individually trained by our IICRC master cleaning technician. Our main cleaning method that we have chosen is truck mounted steam cleaning, but we also employ other methods depending on the needs of the customer.

Rugs: Rugs have been used for centuries by people the world over. They are made from many natural and synthetic fabrics. Most rugs are made to be placed on the floor and some rugs are so exotic that they are hung on walls.

Most quality rugs are made out of wool, silk, and some are made out of cotton, hemp, synthetic fabrics and many other natural materials. Styles and construction of rugs vary widely from country to country.

Most of the rugs we clean are cleaned at our plant so that we can properly inspect them for any defects or color fastness. Synthetic rugs can generally be cleaned on site.

Upholstery: Upholstery like carpet and rugs they come in many kinds or fabrics. Fabrics are very thin in comparison to carpets or rugs; this makes cleaning upholstery sometimes much harder as soil builds up into the underlying cushion. Therefore, when we clean the upholstery, the soil tends to come out with the natural drying process. So we must assure ourselves that we clean it properly, and this makes it much more time-consuming to clean.

What We Do

We have been in business since 1987 and have qualified, experienced staff that have been trained by our IICRC Master Cleaning Technician. We have the facilities and the equipment to handle the small to larger jobs, from residential to commercial jobs.

We hand-clean at our plant all antiques and exotic rugs, even silk and gold threaded rugs.
